FULL FORM OF B.Ed

            B.Ed stand for bachelor of education. It is an undergraduate professional degree for the individual who seeking career in teaching. The duration of course is 2 year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR B.Ed.

             Individuals who have completed their undergraduate degree are eligible for the appear in the B.Ed entrance exam. The individuals also required to have a minimum of 50% mark in graduation.

IMPORTANCE OF COURSE

            It is skilled based course that focused on providing all the necessary teaching skills to the students so that they can understand different aspect of teaching quality. Teaching training is given on the basis of subject chosen by the students at graduate level like arts,science,commerce etc. The course is such a design that it impart the teaching quality in different aspect of classroom teaching.

SCOPE OF B.Ed

TGT- (Trained Graduate Teacher)
             
 After completing the B.Ed ,individual already become eligible as TGT. A TGT can teach up to 10 th class.

PGT-(Post Graduate Teacher)

A student who is post graduate and completed the B.Ed course is eligible as PGT.Those students can teach up to 12 th class.
