FULL FORM OF PIN

WHAT IS PIN

PIN stand for Postal Index Number. Sometimes it is denoted as PIN Code. It is a code in India used by Indian Post Office. The code is six digit long.

PIN STRUCTURE

    Out of six digit code the first digit of a PIN indicates the zone,the second indicates the sub - zone and the third combined with the first two,indicates the sorting district within that zone. The final three digits are assigned to individual post offices within the sorting district.

   There are nine postal zones in India. Out of nine eight are regional zones and one functional zone(for the Indian Army) 

FULL FORM OF NRI

WHAT IS NRI

      NRI stand for Non Resident Indian. A Non resident Indian is a person who is Indian citizen(born in India) but has migrated to another country. He may be migrated for any reason like for education,work,residence  or any other purpose. According to the definition "a person who stays away from the country for more than 182 days in a calendar year is termed as Non -Resident Indian". A NRI will hold the passport of India and posses the citizenship of India.

        There are three main categories of NRI which are as follows -
1.    Indian Citizens who stay abroad for education,employment,to carry a business or for vacation.

2.   Indian citizens who work abroad in foreign government agencies like IMF,UNO,World bank etc.

3.  Official of Central or State government and public sector undertaking working abroad.

      According to the ministry of overseas Indian Affairs,India has the second largest NRI in all over the world after China.

WHAT IS EG

      EG stand for Exempli Gratia. It is a Latin Word which means for example. It is often use this abbreviation to depict something. For instance if it is to be said religious cities of India then it will be written like this e.g. Amritsar,Rameshwaram,Varanasi,Vrindavan etc.

WHAT IS FIR

       The full form of FIR is First Information Report. It is a complain filed by the victim or a family member of victim or someone else on his/her behalf. It is a written documents prepared by the police when they receive an information about offence. When FIR is registered a signed copy is given to the person who has filed the complain.

     On the basis of First Information Report police start the investigation. It helps the police in investigation. Once a FIR registered,the content of the FIR cannot be changed except by order of High Court or Supreme Court of India.


 CONTENT OF FIR



   The following are the content of the FIR.

1.  FIR Number
2.  Victim's or the name of the person who has filed the complain.
3.  Name and details of the offender if known.
4.  Description of the offence
5.  Place and time of offence.
6.  Witness if any.

     The FIR register is maintained at every police station.

WHAT IS ASI

      ASI stand for Archaeological Survey of India.It function under the Ministry of culture.

FUNCTION OF ASI

           This organisation does the archaeological research and protect of cultural heritage of the country.It's primarily responsibility for the maintenance of ancient monuments,archaeological sites and other national importance.

         It regulates the archaeological work,it can say that ASI aims to explore,excavate,conserve,preserve and protect the monuments and various important national and international sites.

WHAT IS OK

        OK stand for Olla kalla. It is a Greek word which means all correct.It is also spelled as okay,ok or O.K. It is a word used to denote acceptance,agreement,acknowledge and approval.It is a very common word used in conversation where there is a agreement between two person.

WHAT IS BC   

   Full form of BC is Before Christ.It is a medieval Latin term which means "in the year of our lord".This term is used to represented the year before the Christian God Jesus Christ.

OBJECTIVE OF USING BC



        The main purpose of using BC/AD is to create a dating system which can make the birth of Jesus Christ the mid point of the world history.It is believed that Jesus was born around 6-4 BC.Hence according to this dating system 200 BC means 200 years before Jesus was born and 300 AD means 300 years after Jesus was born.

WHAT IS PM 

       PM stand for Post Meridiem. It is a Latin word used in 12 hour clock system to represent after noon.It is also represent as P.M. Post meridiem means after midday.It is used to differentiate the time in day and night in the 12 hour time zone.It divide the 24 hours of a day into two times zone lasting 12 hours.PM calculate from noon to midnight (12pm to 12 am) denoted by pm.

WHAT IS AM

      AM stand for Anti Meridiem. It is a latin word used in 12 hour clock system to represented before noon.It is used to differentiate the time in a day and night in 12 hour time zone.It divide the 24 hours of a day into two time zone lasting 12 hours.The first 12 hour duration runs from midnight to noon (12 am to 12 pm) and is denoted by AM.

  1.  Date of exam is 04 Mar 2020.

  2.  Left less than two month.

 3.   Preparation should be effective and carefully.

 4.  Students should have clear idea about examination pattern.

 5.  CBSE class 10 science exam will comprise of two component

      Theory   ---  80 Marks

      Internal  Assessment ----20 Marks

      Total----               100 Marks

6.   Internal Assessment

      Period Assessment    (5+5)----------------------- 10 Marks
      Subject Enrichment (Practical Work)----------------05 Marks
     Portfolio ------------------------------------------------05 Marks

     Total -----------------------------------------20 Marks

7.   CBSE recently announced that board has introduced more number of objective type questions so increase the total no of question from 27 to 30.

8.   All the 30 question will be divided into three section ie A,B,C

9.     Section A will have 20 marks (One mark each)
       Types of question will be asked as follows---

     (a)  MCQ  ( Multiple Choice Question)
     (b)  VSA   (Very Short Answer)
     (c)  Assertion- reason type question

WHAT IS ASSERTION -REASON TYPE QUESTION


   Assertion means statement and reason means an explanation about that particular statement.Choice will be given accordingly to statement,and student will have to choose correct one.

10   Section B (Short Answer type question)

       In this section total 10 question will be asked .Each question will be 03 marks.

    Answer should be to the point according to the question.

11.   Section C-       (Long Answer Type Question)

       In this section total six question will be asked .Each question will be 05 Mark.

        So summary will be like this-

12.   Question will have no overall choice. But Internal choices will be provided in all three sections of paper.
