                 WHAT IS BPO:-

FULL FORM OF BPO
                    BPO Stands for Business Process Outsourcing. BPO is contracting of non-primary business activities and function to a  third party provider,it mean  under BPO,companies hired third party to help and grow in their business .It includes services like payroll,humane resources(HR) ,accounting  and customer/call center relations.

                   BPO services can be divided into two parts-

 (a)          Back office outsourcing services
(b)          Front office outsourcing services

 1.         BACK OFFICE OUTSOURCING SERVICES

          These services include data entry,quality assurance,data management,payment process and surveys.

2.          FRONT OFFICE OUTSOURCING SERVICES

        These services include email,fax,phone conversations and other type of interaction with consumers.
