               FULL FORM OF SSC



      SSC Stand for staff selection commission. It is an organisation which recruits staffs for various posts in different ministries and departments of the Government of India. The commission is headed by Chairmen and there are two members and a secretary-cum controller of examination to assist the chairmen.

ESTABLISHMENT OF SSC

     This organisation is established in  1975,this organisation is actively involved in selecting staff for various group B and group C posts. The major exams that this organisation conducts are as follows -

 1.  Combined Graduate Level Exam (CGL)
2.  Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam (CHSL)
3.  Junior Engineer Exam
4.  General duty exam for constable
5.  Central Police Organisation Exam (CPO Exam)

      Headquarter of staff selection commission  is situated in New Delhi. There are some regional offices are there which are present in the Allahabad,Mumbai,Guwahati,Chennai,Bangalore.

AGE LIMIT FOR SSC

   The age limit are different for different post and is to be confirmed from the advertisement published in the employment news. Generally the age limit are 18 to 27 year. The age relaxation in the upper age for SC/ST is 5 years, for OBC it is 3 years and for physically handicapped it is 10 years.For widow,divorced women and judicially separated women,the age limit is 35 years for un reserved  category,38 years for OBC and 40 years for SC/ST.

QUALIFICATION FOR SSC

   The minimum educational qualification for a few post is under graduate(12 passed),and most of these exams have the educational qualification is graduate from a recognised university.

     NSCCL stand for National Securities Clearing Corporation of India Limited.Now it is known as NSE clearing limited. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of NSE which is responsible for clearing and settlement of all trades executed on NSE and deposit and collateral management and risk management function.It was the first clearing corporation to be established in India and introduced as settlement guarantee before it became a regulatory requirement.
