WHAT IS CBI

     The full form of CBI is Central Bureau Of Investigation.

ESTABLISHMENT AND HEADQUARTER


    It was established in 1941 as the Special Police Establishment to manage the domestic security. It was renamed as CBI on 1 st April 1963.It's headquarter is in New Delhi.

FUNCTION OF CBI


   The head of the CBI is usually a senior IPS officer. CBI works under the Prime Minister of India. Its motto is "Industry,Impartiality and Integrity."

      The following are the function of CBI

 1. It takes the preventive  measures to control terrorism .

 2. It investigate all types of crime in India and if required outside of India also.

 3. It handle the case of financial frauds.

 4. It resolved the complicated cases of any state if recommended by the state.

 5. Provide leadership and direction to the police forces in fighting corruption.

     NSCCL stand for National Securities Clearing Corporation of India Limited.Now it is known as NSE clearing limited. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of NSE which is responsible for clearing and settlement of all trades executed on NSE and deposit and collateral management and risk management function.It was the first clearing corporation to be established in India and introduced as settlement guarantee before it became a regulatory requirement.
