FULL FORM OF COMPUTER

WHAT IS COMPUTER

     The computer is a word derived from a word "compute"which means to calculate. In simple word it can be defined that computer is an electronic device which is used for fast calculation.

    Computer is particularly contains arithmetic and logical unit i.e ALU. Computer contain memory also which helps to store data. Computers can be digital,analog and hybrid based on technology. There are some types of other computers also like personal computer,desktop,super computer,laptops etc.

   Computer is also called programming machine because it can not do anything without programme. It takes data from user as a input and process it and produce output to user.

   Some says that full form of computer is Common Operating Machine Purposely used for Technological and Educational Research. It is not the accurate full form.
