WHAT IS CTC

          The full form of CTC is Cost to Company. It is the annual salary package of an employee given by a company or organisation. It indicates the total expenses that a company/organisation spends on an employee in a year.

         CTC is not the basic salary of the employee. It also includes the facilities given to the employee during his service period.

        CTC= Gross Salary+incentives+other expenses

       It is evident that CTC is not only the salary,but it also include others facilities provided by the company like meal,medical facility,phone bill,house facility. travel allowances etc.
