WHAT IS TCP

       TCP stand for Transmission control protocol. It is a set of protocol or rules and procedure that govern communication among computers over the internet. The entire internet protocol suite is commonly known as TCP/IP ,it is one of the core protocols of the internet protocol suite. It was developed by Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn in 1978.

        It is the suit of communication protocols which connect network devices on the internet. It TCP decides how the data will be exchanged over the internet trough end to end communications. It include how the data should be arranged into packets is bundle of information,address sent and received at the destination. TCP is also used to interconnect network devices in a private network such as intranet or extranet.
