WHAT IS F&D

      F&D stand for Finding and Development.It refers to cost incurred when a company buy,do research and develop property in an effort to establish commodity reserve.Exploration and development businesses depends on finding commodities to manufacture and sell. Finding and development costs are those which is directly related to the discovery of oil through exploration where it can be extracted and sold.
