FULL FORM OF AMC

         AMC stand for Asset Management Company. These companies are collecting investments from various individual and institutional investors. The company manage the investment in various segments like stocks,real state,bonds,mutual funds etc. The asset management companies have professionals who are expert in finance and investments called fund managers who decide where the fund is to be invested. Fund managers identify the investment option according to the objective of the investors.
          Fund manager evaluates various factors like market and industry risk,before making a decision to invest according to the investment goal of the investors. For example a debts fund invests mostly in bonds and government securities to keep the risk minimal. Where as a equity fund focus on investment on equities ie shares of that company. The main focus of the fund manager is to get maximum return with safety for the investors.
