FULL FORM OF CFO

       CFO stand for Chief Financial Officer. It is the post of a senior finance officer in a business entity who monitors and manages all financial activities in a business entity.  He is the head of the finance and accounting department and is responsible for financial and risk management.
       Normally a person who has well qualified in finance and has depth knowledge in finance become CFO. CFO reports to the Chief Executive Officer and board of directors. The some key responsibilities of a CFO are as follows  --
  1.   Plan and execute the financial strategy of the business entity.
  2.   Verifying the financial statement prepared by the company.
  3.   Overseeing the capital structure and financial operation of the company.
  4.   Reporting to CEO and board of directors in related to financial health of the company.
  5.    Managing accounting,tax,investors relation and treasury department.
  6.  Analysing the financial strength and weakness of the company and take the corrective measure accordingly with the approval of CEO and board of directors.

     NSCCL stand for National Securities Clearing Corporation of India Limited.Now it is known as NSE clearing limited. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of NSE which is responsible for clearing and settlement of all trades executed on NSE and deposit and collateral management and risk management function.It was the first clearing corporation to be established in India and introduced as settlement guarantee before it became a regulatory requirement.
