FULL FORM OF ETD

-
       ETD stand for Estimated Time of Departure. It includes date and time at which a journey is expected to start. This abbreviation is most commonly used in the transport industry.

     It is also used in other industry like in garment industry. Here the ETD stand for Estimated Time of Delivery. When sourcing is done through contracts and purchase order ETD and ETA are important dates for the contract. Especially the buyer's purchase order contains these abbreviation.
