WHAT IS MOU

       The full form of MOU is Memorandum of Understanding. MOU is a formal agreement between two or more parties which express the mutual consent on an issue. MOU is commonly used by the business entity to establish official partnerships. It contains all important details and has a high degree of mutual respect and attention. It is popular multinational ,international relations because it takes short time to ratify. It may also used to modify existing legal treaties.
