WHAT IS HTTPS

      HTTPS stand for Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure. It is an extension of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol. It is used to secure communication over a computer network and it is widely used on the internet. In HTTPS the communication protocol is encrypted using Transport  Layer Security. The main purpose of HTTPS are to authentication of the accessed website,protection of the privacy and integrity of the exchanged data while transmission. It protect against man in the middle attack. HTTPS provides a assurance that communication is safe.
