WHAT IS IC

      The full form of IC is Integrated circuit. It is composed of various small elements such as transistors,diodes,capacitors and resistors. All these components are interconnected and fabricated as a single unit on a thin sheet of semiconductor material,specially silicon.

 USES OF IC  

      ICs are used in various electrical and electronic equipments  like video equipments,television sets,mobiles,microprocessor,audio equipments,automobiles and others electrical and electronic equipments. It was developed by Jack kilby in 1958.
