FULL FORM OF DRDO

    DRDO stand for Defence Research and Development Organisation. It is an agency of the Republic of India works under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence,Government of India.

  Headquarter of DRDO is in New Delhi,India.

FUNCTION OF DRDO 

               DRDO focus on to become independent in defence system and particularly working towards design and development leading to produce world class weapon system and equipment .The requirement laid down by three services Army,Navy and Air force. DRDO has a vast network of laboratories which are specially engaged in developing defence technologies and various areas of military technology like missiles,advance computing and simulation,armaments,aeronautics,engineering system,training,information,naval system etc.

QUALIFICATION FOR RECRUITMENT IN DRDO

 Candidates should have first class bachelor degree (minimum 60% marks) in engineering,technology,electronics,communication,mechanical engineering and computer science SET exam. Age limit for DRDO SET exam is 28 years and individual must be a citizen of India.

             DRDO conducts Scientist Entry Test for recruitment of personnel to group 'B' scientist post in DRDO. On the other hand,DRDO entry test is conducted for recruitment for  technical assistant and technician in the organisation.

     NSCCL stand for National Securities Clearing Corporation of India Limited.Now it is known as NSE clearing limited. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of NSE which is responsible for clearing and settlement of all trades executed on NSE and deposit and collateral management and risk management function.It was the first clearing corporation to be established in India and introduced as settlement guarantee before it became a regulatory requirement.
