WHAT IS CNS

           CNS stand for Central Nervous System. The central nervous system is one of the two major division of the nervous system. Brain and spinal cord is the main part of the central nervous system. The other is the peripheral nervous system which is outside of the brain and spinal cord.

           The peripheral nervous system connects the central nervous system to sensory organ like eye,ear and other organ of the body like muscles,blood vessels and glands. The peripheral nerves consist of 12 cranial nerve,the spinal nerve and roots and autonomic nerve that are concerned specially with the regulation of heart muscles,the muscles in blood vessels walls and glands.
